This is the best hotel of the whole Georgia trip. We were looking for a green, calm area, comfortable bed, spa, green surroundings and good breakfast. Greenwood even exceeded my expectations. Very modern, beautiful hotel, everything is new and clean. The staff members are nice and helpful. The pool has the best temperature, I haven't experienced this for years. Saunas are nice and clean. The nature around is stunning. The bed and pillows are simply the best. This was a great alternative to the noisy Batumi Center hotels. If you are looking for relaxation and peace this is the place.

Guests at KENT hotel & Restaurant KENT beach can enjoy hiking nearby, or make the most of the garden. We stayed there for more than two weeks, and we enjoyed it a lot! The hotel is located at the very end of Kobuleti, has its own beach which is not too crowded. The beach has free chaise longues with sun umbrellas, and there was always enough for the guests, at least when we were there. Our room was bigger than other hotels we've been to and had a hot tub in the balcony. There was everything we needed for our stay, including a drying rack for clothes, a teapot, good WiFi, towels for the beach that were changed daily. What was also nice is that they only went into our rooms for cleaning if we asked them to - no one was coming in if we haven't specifically left the keys at the reception for someone to clean there. Overall, great experience! Also kudos to Marekhi from the reception for helping out at the start with directions to places we wanted to visit.

Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Great terrace with a nice view. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. The staff is avaliable via Whatsapp all the time and they resolve any questions. Wifi working. The apartments also has a hair dryer and a washing machine (no washing powder), large fridge and freezer and air-con. No problems with the elevators. The apartment is on the 9th floor. Would return!

The high-rise building is located right in the city center, making it easy to get around and discover Batumi. The panoramic views from the balcony were breathtaking and gave a true sense of space and freedom. The room was cozy, clean, and bright, offering all the comfort we could ask for. The bed was soft yet supportive, giving us peaceful nights of sleep. Everything was well thought out, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We are already planning to return on our next visit.

Spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and perfectly equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The bed was super comfortable, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The host was lovely and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. I was lucky to stay for a day — I would’ve loved to stay longer, but it was already booked. I've stayed in many places in Batumi, and this one stands out by far. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for it next time! Bonus: sea view from the balcony and lots of nice cafés nearby.
