The hotel staff greeted us with smiles and offered refreshments, which immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. I would especially like to mention Kostas - he was always there, ready to help and make our holiday even more comfortable. His friendliness and attention to detail really made our stay special. The rooms we stayed in were spacious, with a magnificent view of the sea. We felt like home! The hotel offers many amenities for a family holiday. The children loved the pool, and we enjoyed relaxing moments on the sun loungers. Breakfasts were a real treat: fresh fruits, pastries and a variety of dishes for every taste. Dining on the terrace with a view of the sunset was simply magical! The location of the hotel was also ideal. We easily got to nearby beaches and local attractions. The staff were always ready to help with recommendations for excursions and activities. Overall, Amazon Suites was a true oasis of peace and comfort for us. We left with wonderful memories and a desire to return again. I recommend this hotel to all families looking for a quality holiday in Greece!

Cycladic Suites & Spa features accommodation in Fira near Central Bus Station and Orthodox Metropolitan Cathedral. The property is around 2.9 km from Exo Gialos Beach, 11 km from Santorini Port and 12 km from Ancient Thera. The hotel has a hot tub, room service and free WiFi. I am honest when I am saying, this hotel is more better where we ever have been. Here everybody is so kind, helpful and they do their best to enjoy your holiday especially the reception ladies. We love them! We hope that we come back to Santorini as soon as possible and enjoy the opportunities given by the Cycladic Suites.

The state-of-the-art facilities include saunas, hammam and indoor heated pools. Amazing service, wonderful people working there and the food was amazing. We will definitely be back next summer.

I can't say enough about this property. I will most definitely choose to stay at this resort again, except I choose the Luxury side of the property just for the experience. Gorgeous and exemplary best describes this property and it location...best in all of Santorini. If you plan to visit Santorini, you absolutely have to stay here...hands down. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was an event...so many yummy options. The view was perfect. It's close to shopping and the black sand beach. But wear shoes because their beach is all rocks. Very close to fine dining restaurants, hookah, dancing, shopping and tour reservations. If you stay here you will be telling your grandkids, grandkids about this hidden gem.

Megalochori village was very charming, lively and full of warm people. The Heart of Santorini is less than 10min walk from the hotel and hands down the best place to catch those gorgeous sunsets.
