The views are incredible and the whole experience is beautiful. The staff is amazing and really friendly, they really care about their guests comfort and even if you face an issue they go above and beyond to solve it. The reception team are lovely and very very welcoming and helpful. Fofi is the best and she takes good care of everyone! Eldina and everyone else was also amazing. Definitely coming back here next year for our anniversary! Highly recommended.

They go out of their way to make you smile, laugh, and ensure you feel completely taken care of. Unlike some places, there's no pressure or forced services, which adds to the relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The Greek hospitality was excellent, adding to the overall warmth and friendliness of the stay. Outstanding Management: A special mention goes to Chrysa, the hotel manager, who is truly one of a kind. She made my stay feel like home, taking exceptional care of me throughout my visit. Chrysa's attention to detail and genuine concern for my comfort was remarkable. Chrysa is the sweet person, and during my stay, she became a great friend. It's very rare to find such amazing hotel managers, and I wish her the best. Maria was incredibly friendly and always available to give advice. Her readiness to help and the nice chats we had were really delightful and added to the overall positive experience. Bar Service: Stematis at the bar deserves a special note for his exceptional service. He is a great gentleman who made tasty coffees. His friendliness added another layer of enjoyment to my stay. Dining Experience: The dining experience at the hotel is truly delightful. Mary and her wonderful team paid attention to detail and dedication to providing an outstanding dining experience were evident in every dish served.

More active guests will find 2 tennis courts on site, as well as hot tub and sauna facilities. With a children’s pool and a kid’s club, younger guests will find plenty to do. Our stay at The Bay Hotel & Suites was absolutely magical! The location is perfect—right on the beach, with crystal-clear waters and breathtaking views. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The highlight was the breakfast buffet, which had a wide selection of fresh, delicious options. Definitely the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Zakynthos!
