The brochure is not only useful, but interesting and educational (maybe fix a few small typos :) ), also written in a personal tone. Beds were comfy, street is nice and quiet, the spa really works, it's not there just for show. The view from the balcony is really nice, lots of big trees. The 2-bedroom suite is really spacious, doesn't feel cramped anywhere.

Apartment is very comfortable, very clean with prety modern furniture. Instruction to unlock the door and find a place for private parking was good.
