Resturant and room service were very professional and food was very delicious. Pools are really nice, there was always free sunbads on any of 3 pools in the resort. Spa is really good and comfort. And staff, I don't have a words for their kindness and positive energy. Resort itself is really beautiful, and it is well maintained, lot of plants around. Communication on Whats App was very quick and any question was answered in very short notice. I have enjoyed.

The hotel is very clean and the service is spectacular. All the staff was very polite and helpful. To highlight the attention received by Wira who was our driver during 2 one-day tours. He was very attentive, giving great explanations of the places we visited and always assisting on whatever we needed to fully enjoy the experience.
