The staff was incredibly friendly, they let us check in early, I had told them when I booked that it was my sister's birthday, when we arrived to the room they had personalized "Happy Birthday" greetings written on the window, and a delicious chocolate cake set out with card. Restaurant was very good, we got spa treatments which were wonderful! Pool area is beautiful. Room was large, huge bathroom and very comfortable beds!

I also had a great massage and the cocktails at the art cafe were amazing. Concierge and butler service available 24h, they literally helped me with anything, even shipping a box to Bali. Also breakfast was amazing, I've never seen so many options! I was travelling alone but I never felt alone thanks to the amazing people working there.
