Even when we faced challenges in communicating our needs to the staff due to a language barrier, Karin stepped in effortlessly and made sure everything was taken care of. My fiancé and I had the most memorable time here, and we can’t wait to return soon. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Amber team for the exceptional hospitality. It was very quiet compared to other places I’ve visited on Gili Air. Also very aesthetically pleasing. Would recommend this 10 out of 10.

Really enjoyed our stay here — the vibe is relaxed, the space is super comfortable, and everything just feels easy. The staff is honestly so cool and thoughtful. It was my friend’s birthday during our stay, and they surprised her with the sweetest little celebration. Those small daily surprises and gestures made the whole experience feel extra special. The massage at the spa was excellent, and the overall peace and quiet were exactly what we needed. Would definitely come back for the good energy and kind people.

My stay at Rascals was simply perfect, located in the heart of kuta yet you feel away from any noise, everything blends to offer a serene vibes you feel once you enter, the landscape with its beautiful palm trees,the 2 pools with comfy sitting areas,delicious breakfast with nice music, and the design with every detail from materials used and natural light distribution. The room was spacious with comfy beds and nice bathroom. The staff were amazing always willing to help with a smile. Not to forget the spa too was so relaxing. I will definitely comeback.

Location was peaceful but close enough to the harbour, which helped a lot. Would definitely recommend staying there.

The private bathroom comes with a shower and free toiletries. Everything about pink coco was exceptional! Truly made our stay in GILI T a memorable one. Highly recommend it.
