We stayed in the Carriage House. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and well taken care of. It’s interior appointments are stunning. The staff of this hotel were very pleasant and very helpful. The room itself was extremely clean and breakfast in the morning was great…. We also ate at the restaurant and the food was great. Highly recommended…

The sumptuous Villa Spa offers a range of indulgent health and beauty treatments, whilst the leisure centre has an indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms and a fully equipped gym and exercise studio. Amazingly friendly staff, always attentive and engaging. Nothing was too much bother for them. The room was clean, spacious and well decorated, we enjoyed a quiet room at the end of a wing so no disturbances at all. The food was delicious and great variety and choice. All at reasonable prices.

All guests have complimentary access to Village Thermal. Village Thermal, the simple French term for thermal baths — continues the outdoor theme, with two Finnish barrel saunas and accompanying hot tubs nestled in the lush greenery close to the Garden Room, adding to the thermal oasis shaded by the tall trees of the Cliff at Lyons grounds. The most stunning place I’ve been to! It felt like we were in a little fairytale village! The grounds are gorgeous! The breakfast was delicious with so much choice and in a beautiful room! The spa was pure bliss, so relaxing and cosy. My therapist Claire was exceptional, she went above and beyond! Thank you again. The lady at reception (so sorry I can’t remember her name, she had blonde hair) was so friendly and made our experience even better, she also upgraded us for my sisters birthday which was such a lovely gesture and made our stay even more special! The on-site cafe was amazing, so handy to have whenever we fancied a hot drink and bite to eat. You never needed to leave the grounds as it had everything you could need. It’s was honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in and I can’t wait to come back!!!

Right from we arrived we had a great experience. Liam met us at the gates as the Women's Irish Open was on- he was jovial & chatty. Konstantina at reception was lovely, quickly checking all details & explaining a few things. Our room was lovely with a huge tv & a bath & shower in a good sized bathroom. We had our evening meal in Kathleen's Kitchen- a unique location...the old kitchen was great. The staff were lovely & helpful...the food, all 3 courses divine! We received a complimentary champers for our anniversary. Breakfast was also excellent back in Kathleen's Kitchen. We used the pool, jacuzzi & steam room in the spa. Despite the golf competition the atmosphere was relaxed & in fact we used our complimentary tickets to watch a bit & we went on the red & yellow walks around the grounds.
