Already 4 yrs ago I was booked at Isrotel Yam Suf, but due to a serious family incident the very night before my trip started, I had to cancel. And the Hotel was kind enough to grant a full refund regardless the booking was at a non refundable rate. I have not forgotten this kind move, and was happy to finally stay 5 N at Yam Suf. Everyone from the front desk, from kitchen to house keeping, did a fantastic job during challenging times. I booked half-board, and have not regreted it for a single second. Both the breakfast as well as the diner bufet provided an abundance of delicious food choices, sometimes hard to resist. The hotel hosted for several weeks also quite a number of evacuated families, and it was heartbreaking to listen to their stories, but comforting to watch how the hotel did the best they could do to soften the hardship of their situation as best as even possible.

Lovely pools and hot tubs. Can’t fault it. One of the best places we’ve stayed, wish we had been able to stay longer.

The architecture, design and feel of the hotel were top notch. The personnel were amazing - everyone was a character and a pleasure to interact with. Special kudos to the Argentinian lady in charge of the dining experience (sorry am blanking on your name!) and the whole dining room staff, they were all-stars. The service was great, we were well taken care of.

There was typical alcohol, various drinks, juice, ice juice and other. Room was clean. Shirley is the big heart of this hotel. She has decided our problem with lightning speed. Thanks to her for personal approach. I have never seen hotel’s manager like her. It costs more than the price of this hotel. Clean, tasty and comfortable.
