The hotel may not be the newest and most modern but it has a class and an ‘air’ of old style hotels with the protocols and aristocratic status.the staff was wonderful and exceptionally friendly.the pool area was an oasis with the yellow sun beds and umbrellas.free organic teas in the room.club rooms offer separate area for evening snacks and cocktails.club rooms include also complimentary mini bar and 4 pieces of laundry per day.the laundry is return in special basket and folded clothes in cartons!free transfer shuttle to airport with hotels own car.finally but most important we had a late flight and a late checkout at 7:30pm was offered to us!

Finally, the reception indian pretty lady, while I was checking in (I'm not sure of her name), who was very sweet and friendly. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and the care taken to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience. This family-run estate spread across 20-acres offers accommodation in Masinagudi at the foothills of the Nilgiris. Jungle Hut Resort features a swimming pool, restaurant and guests can have fun at the games room. The location of Jungle Hut was really special - quiet, near to nature and with fantastic views. Staff were all great and keen to help us enjoy our stay to the full. There were lots of activities on offer, from bird-watching to a trip into the Tiger Reserve. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. We stayed in one of the luxury tents, which really made us feel like we were on safari! There was a lovely sense of privacy, as the huts and tents were well spread out around the resort. Food was wonderful, lots of variety and high quality - we ate well every day and for every meal. The whole atmosphere felt adventurous, yet safe. We felt we were staying within a local context, as opposed to a faceless international resort.
