This place is so beautiful, with such amazing views, and the host Serena is just lovely. She provides breakfast on the beautiful terrace each morning with food fresh from the farm, you can try their wine. If she offers you dinner you should definitely take it - it’s the best food we’ve had in Italy so far. It’s also served in a beautiful glass house on the terrace which is completely stunning and has amazing views (I actually think it would be ideal for a small wedding). The rooms are lovely too! And there is an outdoor bar area, bowls, a pool, the terrace. We wish we had stayed for an extra day so we could spend another day just chilling here.

The dinner was magical, with the food, the view, and the service coming together to create an unforgettable experience. The staff, fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian, ensured a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The wellness centre is complete with a sauna and a relaxation area. Massages are also available. This hotel is a gem. We booked a 5 night stay and we absolutely loved it. This place is designed for relaxation and is a great jumping off point for exploring the region. All of the facilities- pool, dining room, bedroom are lovely and well appointed. But the best thing is how accommodating the staff are. All of the staff, but particularly Yaunes at the desk, made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in. They were very accommodating, answered our questions and created a very positive vibe. The rooms are large and uncluttered and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast and dinners were terrific. Someone noted that they don't serve lunch, but they have a bar menu that includes items like salads with protein that are more and enough for lunch. Another plus is the free shuttle that takes you to the station or into the town. It was also easy to walk into town on our own but I would not recommend trying to walk to the hotel with luggage.

We were met at the train after a long trip from Australia, Breakfast was all we could ask for. Veronica was a great host - restaurant bookings. Sunset boat cruises, transfers to the train etc etc. Nothin was too much trouble. A relaxing spa, steam room ,sauna. - more than we expected and made our stay.

The property is beautifully maintained, elegant, and welcoming. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were extremely kind, professional, and always helpful their warm hospitality truly made a difference. The breakfast was rich, varied, and of excellent quality, served on a terrace with a postcard-perfect view. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy a truly charming experience in Porto Venere. I would return without hesitation!
