We received a warm welcome from the member of staff at reception who was able to organise our room a little earlier and provide us with a range of information, answering all our queries perfectly. The room was a great size and very comfortable. We also partook in the complementary tea and cake available during the afternoon, which was a really nice touch I thought.

At first glance, when you arrive, you are a little worried because everything is quite steep, but the solutions are really incredibly good so that everything is turned into an incredibly good experience.
