Modern, chic and very cosy. Clean and has all the amenities in the room. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Rooms offer free WiFi and a balcony. Free Sky channels are offered in communal areas. This was one of the best places I've stayed in so far. The hotel is situated right beside the beach. Very elegant, yet really cosy. The owners family and all the staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The room was cosy and clean, the breakfast was just FANTASTIC. It is located away from the center, which for us was a great advantage. As we visited in May, we were able to enjoy really peaceful time. Also, we used the spa, the massages are something different! Strongly recommend!

Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. Nothing about this place could have been better ( except the elevator) ;) This was a lovely experience. I can’t recommend it enough. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Great staff, first and foremost, wonderful ambience , stellar pool and delicious breakfasts . Lovely .

It has all the necessary equipment, comfort and customer service you need. Shoutout to the personnel who is constantly at disposal and arranging. The restaurants both highly deserve to be tested and the breakfast is fabulous.

The thermal pool and the wellness center are located at 80 mt from the Grand Hotel main biulding, in the same internal thermal park.

Speaking English, Spanish, French and Italian at the reception, staff are willing to help at any time of the day. Really nice and helpful staff, nice and clean room, quiet place and amazing breakfast!

A variety of wellness packages are available for guests to get rejuvenated in-house. Excellent locality. Wonderful access to the city center with all its gems. The rooms are spacious and have high ceilings which provides a feeling of luxury. Welcoming bottle of proseco was a very nice touch. Tea bags and caffee capsules also made the stay more comfortable. The support of the staff was the best we have experienced in a long time. Their help with finding the right parking spots was above our expectations.
