Eithe the waiter and the lady that prepares the petit delices are wonderful people and very helpfull. Eduardo from front desk was also very helpful giving many useful informations. Rooms offer free WiFi and a balcony. Free Sky channels are offered in communal areas. We stayed one night and everything was excellent. The staff spoke excellent English, which was a benefit for us as we were tired after a long journey from Canada’s west coast. The front desk manager was very helpful- he arranged the payment for our on-street parking spot (the hotel also has its own parking garage), and personally brought extra towels to our room and fixed a connection problem with the wi-fi as well. The restaurant dinner was good and the free breakfast selections were outstanding- the best we’ve ever found in Italy.

Sweet and savory Italian breakfast buffet, yoghurt accompanied by hot and cold drinks, is provided at the table daily. Great location in the heart of a medieval town, a true gem! The room was spacious and very clean, with a modern bathroom. The staff offered great communication all the way from the booking to the stay. During the stay they were all very friendly and kind. They were also able to offer us some vegan options for the breakfast.

Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. Nothing about this place could have been better ( except the elevator) ;) This was a lovely experience. I can’t recommend it enough. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Great staff, first and foremost, wonderful ambience , stellar pool and delicious breakfasts . Lovely .
