The villa is beautiful, as are the surroundings with beautiful plants. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean and very nicely furnished. The villa has an indoor swimming pool, two saunas, a living room with TV, chess, billiards, in short, superb. In reality, everything is more beautiful and spacious than in the pictures. The surroundings of the villa are still being improved, there will be a swimming pool outside. The location of the villa is easy to reach and is close to the city center. Parking is on the property. Breakfast is in a bar outside the villa, very good pastries, typical of the area. I highly recommend this accommodation, we will definitely be back!

A hairdresser is also available. Even though the location is a distance from Ortigia and beach the Spa provides a free shuttle to both places. The spa itself is impressive As we arrived outside the season we have got a free upgrade Good breakfasts, when asked for a soft boiled egg (outside regular menu) there has been no problem whatsoever and the egg has been served quickly in excellent “soft condition”

The extensive buffet breakfast includes salami, homemade cakes, fresh fruit and juice made from Sicilian oranges. The restaurant with terrace specialises in local dishes, such as pasta with fresh anchovies, pine nuts and raisins. Amazing staff. Fabrizio, Zaira and many others were super helpful at any demand. The owner/manager Giusi was always there helping out with hints and a constant eye for every detail. Breakfast is superb. I can defintely tell that the pictures at Booking.com do not demonstrate well enough how beautifully set is the property. The pool is huge and "resort-like" which is super-handy for the ferocious Sicilian summer heat, however it was never full of people. Just perfect. Spacious and clean rooms.

This property offers free bikes and botanical gardens with 2 outdoor pools. The Staff and owner were the most gracious and attentive to our needs as soon as we arrived. I true gem of a property . The only regret was that we could not stay longer. Upon our departure the Owner proudly presented us with his delicious olive oil. This lovely gem is the perfect destination for relaxation and serenity.

The Hotel reveals the perfect balance between tradition and modernity. Each space is different, but everywhere there is a sense of peace and luxury. The location is just perfect, right on the seafront and also in walking distance to the main square and all attractions. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was immaculate throughout. Service was excellent. Would highly recommend.
