The food, the service, the incredibly attentive staff. Everything was exceptional! When we first showed up, we were a little wary of being out of a bustling city Center. We were immediately greeted with the most beautifully decorated, pristine courtyard & a glass of Prosecco. Anthony, Maria & Serena were all amazing. They helped us make the most of our stay and we were truly so sad to leave. We mistakenly forgot to book a car and the hotel manager Anthony literally drove us to a recommended winery, arranged a beautiful tasting & lunch, waited for us to finish and then drove us back. I’m not joking when I say the service is exceptional. This hotel is very special and made such a memorable honeymoon destination. We are already looking into when we can come back.

Nous avons tout aimé : le cadre magnifique au milieu des vignes et le calme absolu qui y règne. Les hôtes, Raffaele et Tiziana, sont tout simplement au petit soin avec leurs invités : conseils sur les visites de la région, réservations de restaurants, etc. Nous avons eu la chance de participer à leur soirée avec chef privé et menu toscan à déguster qui était délicieux. Nous recommandons à 100% et les remercions d’avoir rendu notre séjour parfait.

Mastrojanni Relais is located in Montalcino, where you can find the world-best Brunello. The apartment was great in every aspect, room seems to be newly furnished and fully equipped with everything we needed. They have a very good taste in interior decoration and the room is just like a piece of art. We had our dinner at the restaurant and the florentine steak is so good that we would highly recommend to everyone. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, we would definitely come back again!

I would rate 11 if it be possible!!! Everything was just awesome. This place is amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Rooms are clean, spacious and perfectly designed. And the view …OMG !!! This is really place „close to heaven”.. If you plan to go to Tuscany go there !!! Many thanks to Flavio for all support during our stay !
