At Sora Niwa Terrace Kyoto guests are welcome to take advantage of a spa centre. The beds were super comfortable. We loved the free matcha coffee maker on the 9th floor and the free treats there. Also the onsen experience was very good and not intimidating. Clean and easy facilities to use. The supplied robes were quite lovely. Staff was super friendly. Location is fantastic for great shopping and not far from various temples by taxi. Really fun organic/specialty grocery store across the street. Pretty view from the rooftop bar (which also boasts a foot soak option!). Good powerful shower and nice smelling bathroom amenities.

The room was very clean and spacious, the biggest one we've seen in Japan so far. The staff was very helpful and polite. The breakfast was amazing.

Location works for us, minutes of walk to the subway station and bus station depending on your go. Facilities are great, from lobby, onsen, to our room. Really enjoy our stay. Staffs are super helpful, fluent in multi-lingual and super helpful to foreign travellers like us throughout arranging our luggage delivery to the next hotel. I would come back for Mitsui!
