The staff are extremely friendly, but tend to be that delightful Japanese complicatedness. We always chose the Japanese breakfast, which is in a separate restaurant on the second floor. A lovely hotel, perfect location by the train station. This was our third visit and I would stay here again and again.

Location works for us, minutes of walk to the subway station and bus station depending on your go. Facilities are great, from lobby, onsen, to our room. Really enjoy our stay. Staffs are super helpful, fluent in multi-lingual and super helpful to foreign travellers like us throughout arranging our luggage delivery to the next hotel. I would come back for Mitsui!
