Love this camp. Right in the heart of Mara reserve. View of river is lovely. Not all rooms have view but lodge view is top. Hippos and crocodiles in river. Great sounds at night. Lovely location for exploring Mara. Staff was amazing. Great food and so nice. Hope I return one day

Food was also nice, the shower water was very hot and nice, and internet was super fast in our room. We also got hippos serenading every night and the sound of river and friendly dikdiks right in front of our room.

Mara Serena Safari Lodge is designed in the style of a traditional Maasai Manyatta while offering every modern comfort. Neatly arranged rows of rooms and suites are positioned to offer uninterrupted river views from private balconies. Equally breathtaking sightlines can be enjoyed from the restaurant and bar and rock-enclosed swimming pool. After a day in the bush, a steam shower and an Oringa Massage at the Maisha Spa & Gym offer an exquisite welcome back to civilization. Mara Serena was very good , the food was excellent . All the staff were friendly & helpful, & id definitely stay there again. The view from the balcony & our room was stunning. They’re as good as the pictures show on booking.com.

Two must-do, once-in-a-lifetime experiences at Muthu Keekorok Lodge are the Jungle Safari in an open jeep to get up close and personal to the Big 5 and the second one being the Hot Air Balloon Adventure which takes off at sunrise and flies over the Maasai Mara jungle landscape for 1 hour where you witness the magical sunrise and spot many animals from up and above, the ride culminates to a scrumptious breakfast with chilled champagne to celebrate a successful fight. We must say the hospitality we received is exceptional and also we are vegetarian and had enough options. We must tell them in advance for better vegetarian food.

There is a private bathroom with shower in some units, along with free toiletries, a hairdryer and slippers. Acacia Hotel is in a very good location, by the Talek River and it is very convenient to take a hot air balloon in the morning. The room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy, equipped with emergency lights at night. The staff are super enthusiastic. As soon as we get off the car, they will hand us hot towels and drinks. The restaurant is my favorite, very good taste and there are many kinds of buffets. The desserts are quite delicious. It is even more interesting to book a bush dinner in advance. There is also a big antelope in the hotel, and you will see it leisurely walking by you. I highly recommend this hotel.

Guests can enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant, and packed lunches are available on request. Relax with a thirst-quenching drink at bar or head over to the bonfire for spectacular star-gazing.
