Vegetarian and halal options can also be requested. Everything about this hotel was amazing, the views are breathtaking taking. The staff are so welcoming and kind, they really care for the guests. Rooms are a great size and clean. There are a lot of bugs but expected as it is in the jungle. The food was absolutely delicious if you want authentic Sri Lankan cuisine. The pool is perfect. There is not much to do and it is far away from everything, but absolutely perfect if you just want to relax, which is exactly what I needed.

The highlight was definitely the beautiful balcony with an amazing view — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Every morning, Mahesh served a delicious breakfast, freshly prepared and full of flavor, which made the stay even more special. He was a kind and welcoming host, always ready to help with anything I needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kandy!

A number of wellness packages can be added on separately for guests staying 5 nights and above, and these include detox, weight loss and more. Spa access and Hatha yoga is provided free of charge. The staff made my boyfriend’s birthday so special. We arrived by tuk tuk (after a few breakdowns) and they even fixed it for us. Turn down service was luxury and the massage was the best I’ve ever had. Once in a lifetime bliss for us and worth event penny. We also loved our waiter who loved rugby and cricket just like us, and took the time to really chat to us.
