The property was amazing, before we arrived at the property we had a feally bad day (our car was parked in the wrong place and the pollice took it). The staff was really helpfull and when we solved the car problem we were tiered and frustrated. Ahmed made us feel like kings, good food, everything was perfect. Bensouda Riad’s rooftop terrace provides views of the medina. It has a traditional Moroccan tent where guests can relax and an upper terrace overlooking the Atlas Mountains. Guests also have access to the riad’s hammam, where beauty treatments and massages are available. That said, there were a couple of small issues. The blanket in our room didn’t have a cover, which felt a bit unhygienic for us. Additionally, even though we pre-ordered dinner for the second night, the portion sizes could have been a bit larger. For future guests, I highly recommend booking directly through their website rather than third-party platforms, as doing so includes complimentary dinner along with breakfast. Through Booking.com, only breakfast was included.

You can...Requesting a car from the hotel to wherever you want to go. I highly recommend it.

I can’t put it in words how amazing all the staff memebers are, they were always so helpful anytime we needed anything, breakfast was great and we truly liked almost everything. Riads are not hotels but special moroccan housing which i highly recommend for everyone travelong to get the full moroccan experience.It’s very clean, and the location is great.

This was one of the best staffs we have ever encountered! Our son, Dorian, became ill due to the heat at the beach in Rabat and the staff helped us at night and the next two days with him. They did not have to provide so much support. They supported our every request. We loved the conversations with Hayat and other staff members. It is very important to us to speak with the staff, if we can. It helps with the vibe of the place. The location of Riad Louna is superb! We stayed at Riad Louna for 6 days and used it as our "base camp." We did individual tours with our tour guide, Adil Loula, each of the 6 days. We visited the Fes Medina, military museum, Volubilis (Wow!), Meknes, toured and spent 3 hours on the beach in Rabat, Middle Atlas Mountains, Irene, and Chefchaouen ("the Santorini of Morocco") plus other panoramic locations. It was nice to return to the riad after a long day and rest in our large family room. The most upper terrace of the riad was nice in the evening - so relaxing and peaceful!
