The entire island is exceptional, the workers work so hard around the clock to keep the flowers and tree hydrated, ensuring it is tidy and looks like something off of a postcard! It was simply paradise! The overeater bungalow was insane! It was massive and it was lovely to have our own space to unwind and relax with our private pool. The staff, from the buggy carts to reception were outstanding! Forever bending over backwards to ensure our stay was outstanding! The cleaner, whom came twice a day to our bungalow made us a beautiful welcome package for our honeymoon it really made our day! Special shout outs to Maujood, Soban and Aalif in the restaurant! They looked after us so well each evening making sure we were stocked with drinks and ice cream, from showing us new foods to try! (Which were amazing!) And giving us fish food to feed the fish and sharks! Maujood made us a table art on our final night, it made me emotional as did not want to leave! Elton in the bar, he was amazing when my partner was sunburnt (giving us yoghurt to smother him in) it worked a treat! Nothing was ever too much or a chore for all the restaurant and bar staff, we felt like royalty. The watersports and diving team were great! We went on the whale shark tour and talk, ilga made sure we were to meet the whale shark by allowing us an extra half hour... Where we then swam with it three times! It was exceptional! The watersports team were great at teaching and guiding us to paddle board and kayak! We went snorkelling (which the resort supply for free!) and all the staff shown us which areas were best. The island has Soo much to offer with the coral reefs and wildlife, we seen a range of fish, swam with black tip sharks, seen nurse sharks... The list could go on! Food was amazing, never struggled for anything to eat! Everything was Soo tasty and fresh. So unless you are extremely fussy (a chicken nugget and chips type person!) you won't ever go hungry.

A buffet, continental or Full English/Irish breakfast is available at the property. At the resort you will find a restaurant serving American, Cantonese and Indian cuisine. Situated in Thoddoo, 500 metres from Thoddoo Beach, Summer Sky Thoddoo features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a private beach area and a shared lounge. Each accommodation at the 3-star hotel has garden views, and guests can enjoy access to a spa centre. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. The stay was perfect. The staff were very friendly and provide everything that we need. Breakfast was freshly cooked every morning. Some fotos you can see below. It has fruits, tee and coffee, eggs, omelette, nuttela, bread, beacon, coconut with tuna and chapati. You can use the kitchen if you wish to prepare something for kid. We also ordered lunch every day. It included big main dish(rice, noodles or french fries), glass of fresh juice and fruits. There was big fish almost every time. And it was not the same fish everyday. I remember tuna and snapper. Names of other fish I can't remember. The property has good location - it is one of the nearest to the beach - about 7 minutes by foot. The road to that beach is full of palms and papaya trees, with cats and salamaders and bats. You can rent bikes here in the hotel to make the trip to the beach faster. The hotel has its territory. It is decorated with plants. You can order any excursions right in the hotel. The room was cleaned everyday and is treated for ants. It is not recommended to store food outside the fridge. Because the ants will find the food. There was air conditioning in the room. Also you have a table and couple of chairs in the yard right in front of your room. Nasheed, Adheel and all your employees, thank you very much for our pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Cottage, the room was nice with a fun open air shower, the owner and staff were beyond kind and helped make it a great experience for my 80 year old Mother who travelled with me.
