The rooms were spacious and provided a great view of the lagoon. The balcony was amazing with a private pool and hammock. I enjoyed the restaurant and sun beds as well. The location of the hotel is great and very close to the town. The hotel staff was so kind and they helped us call taxi's to and from the property when we would head to town. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone going to Bacalar!

The thing is there is something special about being there. The natural beauty and peaceful feeling of the lagoon are highlighted by carefully designed rooms and a reasonably limited number of guests. It never feels overcrowded. The hotel design captures the magic of the location and they provided comfort and service above my expectations

Spa and wellness facilities are at guests' disposal during their stay at Azul Nomeolvides Bacalar - Guests Only, including a spa centre and on-request massage treatments. We stayed for 3 nights in one of the direct laguna view cabañas and enjoyed tremendously everything: from the hosts, Bernie and Sam who were very welcoming and helpful, to the amazing views and setting, the confort of the rooms to the very nice and healthy food available throughout the day. We liked the place so much that we ended up staying there throughout our stay, just enjoying the beauty of the place. A true slow living experience!

Very peaceful place, with enough privacy per room (You do not get to feel overcrowded any time). Breakfast was exceptional, staff was always extra helpful and super friendly. The showers was very good The breakfasts are wonderful and the breakfast staff were amazing. All in all it was a great choice.
