Amazing and friendly staff, big and lovely room, great location. After traveling for a while I was looking forward to a pool day which unfortunately wasn’t possible as there was an issue with the filter in the pool which would have been nice to learn in advance. Also had an issue with power cuts for the steam in the spa but ended up chatting to and getting to know the lovely staff for a long time instead which was super nice. A bit on the pricey side, but definitely recommended if within your budget and a nice relaxing stay :-)

His entire team like Iron and others, did a brilliant job to make our stay a wonderful experience. The team did not leave any stone unturned to make sure that we were well fed and rested, as we were out in the forest, everyday. Raj, the naturalist, is a gem. He made sure that our trips into the forest were bespoke experiences, based on our interests. He was amazing. The food and the chef at Aikawa are extraordinary

The hotel staff were very warm and helpful upon arrival, offering an arrival drink and helping us get bags to the room. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff helped arrange a bus to take us from Bhaktapur to Pokhara, and took us to the bus stop in the early morning. The restaurant was prompt and tasty. The location is prime in Bhaktapur- easy to walk around from the Hotel.

Hotel Chino is a very comfortable, central stay in Pokhara. The hotel is probably on the best street in town, very close to everything. Every room has a balcony where you can admire the beautiful Phewa Lake and the rooms are spacious. The property offers breakfast each morning and also has a nice lunch and dinner menu — I was impressed by the quality and presentation of the food, and it is great value. They can also arrange tours around Pokhara.
