I felt like they were available 24 hours to cater for our needs. The shuttle service was great and always available. The location is convenient because it’s just a walking distance to Alona beach if you want to burn some fats. The pools were great. I wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely, we will be back because my family and I had a great time. Highly recommended. 🙂😊

When you make a request, they take a next step to help solve your problem. The facilities were excellent. The room we stayed in was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and quite relaxing. I'd recommend taking a room with an ocean view, our toddler enjoyed the view of the fish pond from the room.

We wanted to spend the whole day in the room only :) for girls: there is a great hairdryer in the room, also weight and Netflix (who is interested) Services They have a really great organized room service: you could ping them anytime (use a mobile in the room and chat with the concierge). You could order a massage in the spa (what I did) and I can say it was the best massage in the Philippines I have Animals What the owner does in order to help animals is huge! I adore people who do something meaningful in life, help hopeless animals in need...my big respect! Concept Yes I like the concept - adults only :) even if you're a parent don't lie yourself, time to time you want to stay in a place without kids crying and making mess around Personnel I see a huge managers work here, the organization is on the high level, however without the best staff it wouldn't be possible. The personel/team is just AMAZING! Guys you are sooo great, you made our stay unforgettable. So much care, smiles, attention, politeness and kidneys. You are the real precious of the hotel! It's not like just you want to come back, it's like you don't want to leave! We wanted to explore Panglao, instead we spend the whole time in the resort :) that's how great it was! Personally, my experience of this place was of a five-star resort because of the amenities, the views, the room and the customer service. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The pool was so great that we did not spend much time at the beach despite the beach being only a 1 minute walk from the resort. The pool area also had a kids section and a spa. Some features worth mentioning are: - we were in room 304 which had a perfect view of the pool and beach. - thick double glazed windows meant that we couldn't hear much of the pool noise. - A great breakfast buffet spread. Offerings of traditional filipino dishes and non-filipino dishes - Great resort restauarant. The menu identified which meals had gluten, meat, etc. - a nearby quiet beach which is much less crowded than Alona beach. - daily room clean available. - in house laundry available, but pricey. There is a local laundry near the 7eleven which is so much cheaper, and they provide same day service. - airport pickup and drop off available for a fee. - life guards at the pool. - food and drinks service available at the pool. - complimentary pool towels available. - Queen beds are super comfortable. - there are a handful of near by restaurants within the Moadto complex. - nearby 7eleven to get bottled water chocolates, etc. - ATM available. - the fireworks during NYE was very impressive

Water activities such as scuba-diving and snorkelling may also be arranged along with tours and other activities around Bohol. Room is big, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is nice and restaurant food is very good. The place is very quiet, perfect if you want to relax. Not in Alona beach, but the hotel has a shuttle that takes you there for free in 5 minutes.
