While I initially encountered an issue with the valet service, I'm pleased to report that the hotel management promptly resolved it. They located my missing luggage, acknowledged their mistake, and offered a sincere apology for the inconvenience. This proactive and professional response has improved my impression of Altus Palace. I now feel more confident about considering them for future stays. Kudos to the hotel for their efforts in making things right. We loved the kids program. Everyone we met was very polite. From the receptionist lady, the lady making balloons and braids for girls and other kids entertainment was awesome, people in the restaurant. Our room was clean when we arrived. It's great that there is a possibility to cook something Pool area was great. Water was very comfortable temperature. The inside slide was our favorite. Food in the la carte restaurant was tasty. Cocktails too. We basically had a great time we will definitely come back. I think hotel was renovated since the last time we visited. It smelled fresh and nice. Highly recommend. This is our favorite place in the area.

There is a very good buffet evening meal option, which we did use, but preferred the excellent a la carte alternatives, and ended up eating at the hotel every evening. Spa and pool again excellent, with the outside hot tub a must to end the day. Nothing to fault
