Each and every staff member was exceptional. We arrived late, before checking us in staff directed us to the restaurant for a late night meal at close to midnight. The food was outstanding everyday and they understand that sometimes children might miss a meal so there was alway food and drink pretty much all day and all of it superb. Pools and surrounding areas were kept clean and drinks and ice creams topped up promptly. Lobby and reception staff were always incredibly attentive, hugely service minded, I cannot fault them and will certainly plan to return.

Among top hotels in which I stayed (and stayed in several hundreds) - as expected from a 5-star hotel but this was even a bit beyond… From the very first moment at the parking and then reception to the very last moment at departure everything was simply perfect. Our suite was big, modern, super clean, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom, nice terrace (looking onto the fields behind, meaning on the quiet side). Food was delicious, very tasty, wide selection of everything. Swimming pool is large and the water is extra clean (perhaps with just a bit too much chlorine?). Every evening great show - the best in our 3-day stay was the group from Colombia. The sandy beach is nice, quite close (transfer 3-4 min by bus, every half an hour) and the service is well organized there as well. Staff is excellent, everybody very nice and pleasant. All in all, not a single complaint (perhaps the location outside the little town of Side which is a gem in itself). Highly recommended, absolutely great hotel!

We had an absolutely perfect experience at Akra Sorgun TUI Blue Sensatori. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. Unlike many all-inclusive resorts that feel overcrowded, this hotel offers a peaceful and spacious atmosphere, allowing you to truly relax and enjoy your vacation. The staff were incredibly kind — they upgraded our room free of charge, and also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which gave us even more time to enjoy the hotel. Every team member we interacted with was friendly and attentive. You can feel that they genuinely want you to have the best experience possible. Special thanks to Mahir at the bar, who does his job with care and professionalism — always friendly and helpful. You absolutely must try the lentil (mercimek) soup at Safran Restaurant – it’s rich, comforting, and delicious, even on a warm day. Another big plus: we never had to wait in line for anything — everything from restaurants to bars to service was smooth and well-managed. There are just two small suggestions for improvement: 1. At the beach bar, the plastic cups warm up quickly under the sun — maybe insulated or reusable cups would help. 2. After swimming in the sea, there wasn’t a place to hang or leave towels while showering. And leave it after showering by sea. Despite these very minor issues, we had an incredible time. We would love to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing, and truly guest-focused all-inclusive experience.

The hotel offers a terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. Was unexpected amazing experience. Hotel is small, not usually huge resort, just 3 floors + private rooms with private pool. But that’s exactly what we appreciate a lot. Every member of personal know us, always smiling and try to help in every kind of task, even with special ones. They do it honestly, not only for cash, like in other hotels….they just ready to make your vacation best as you ever had and trust me, they know how to do it. Their service is so amazing that you never miss nothing. Rooms are clean, everywhere is clean, on beach they always clean sunbeds which you choosed in front of you. If you miss something during eating time, they make it what you want specially for you. What I need to say? Just that we ll be glad to came there again soon.

Nice stuff, nice food (Turkish evenings are the best), very good soundproofing in the room.

The food was very good and varied, themed evenings with many variations. Very good selection of drinks, practically everything you need - including spirits, cocktails and very good wines. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Clean room just like in pictures, with daily cleaning service, beach towels changed daily. Large sandy beach, clean, smooth entry into the sea, enough sun loungers. In the evening you can walk on the seafront of Side that passes through the resort.

Guests can make use of the modern fitness facilities or enjoy a sauna or massage. Water sports are available on the beach, and there is a separate children’s pool and an animation team. Adults-only beaches are also available. Definitely worth your money. Everything is perfect there.
