The location of the Hotel is very convenient in terms of reaching every highlight of the city. The nicest beach is only 2 minutes away walking. We arrived to Nha Trang by bus from Hoi An, bus station is located 5 to 7 minutes from hotel by Grab/taxi. The gentlemen on reception are very nice and friendly, always very proactive for providing information and helping with any question we had, they also helped us find the tour services we were looking for. The room itself was great, the size is good with much space, windows and well equiped. Room and bathroom very clean and tidy. The pool located in the roof top is in very good condition and also a terrace for chilling is available, nice and very spacious. It is also possible to leave your luggage after check out. We felt very comfortable during our stay. We totally recommend this hotel and for sure would come back. Thanks for the service.

The cleanliness and space of having this 2 bdrm apartment made for a great stay. Infact we extended our stay and it was hassle free.

The buffet breakfast was also great! We enjoyed the free yoga class as well. We have been to Melia in Ho Tram and must say the Gran Melia is next level, really enjoyed our stay here.

Spa services include massage therapies, body therapies and steam room. Everything about this property was amazing. Firstly we were given an upgrade which gave us the most stunning view of the bay in all its beauty. The kindness, helpfulness and concern of the staff is unmatched. Breakfast was superb, even tho we are vegetarians, plenty of dishes, staff went out of their way, even made us a plate of vegetarian sushi for breakfast, wonderful tasty capers and kimchi which we have not had for breakfast in years. The property is right on the bay foreshore, so special being able to walk along the promenade. The main pool area where the sauna and steamroom is located, with hot & cold pools is very much worth the visit.
