The overall hotel facilities were great. Service was fantastic, as was the food. We were pleasantly surprised by the restaurants' prices, which reflected great values. The Guest Relations Officer, Ms. My, checked with us whenever she saw us in a public area and she even answered calls on her day off. She was very helpful in planning our itinerary and making the arrangements for us. Other hotel executives also checked in on us EVERY day. Mr. Kim (Regional Operations executive), Mr. Ben (F&B Manager), and Mr. Hieu (restaurant manager) all were extremely helpful and asked for our suggestions every day! We felt as if we were the most special VIP guests. We'll definitely be back soon!

You have everything you need and she helped us with everything: arranged a meal late in the evening, arranged a bus with free pick-up, has motorbikes for rent at cheap prices etc. Would definetly not hesitate to book again. She was a lifesaver during the trip!

The staff was nice and good especially the lady manager where she treat our family with clear guidance and direction on what to explore near Sunset town during our stay in the hotel. The buggy car services is convenient to us to stroll around the town and get to place easily.
