The room was very spacious and with lovely interior. The staff was friendly. The food was very good and the portions are quite large. The have many different dishes and also a lot for vegetarians and also at least two vegan options, which i didnt expect. Also it was easy to get some soy milk for breakfast. The breakfast was also good :)

Self check in, after you complete online form, is super fast and easy in the machine at the hotel entrance. Just enter the code that you receive by email, confirm, wait for the info on the screen about room number and take card with key to the room from the machine. Checked twice and it works. Both rooms that we rented were superclean, comfy, with very good bathroom. Hotel has free parking, it is open 24/7 - there is no security, but in city as Graz for sure it is not an issue. Billa is 100m. It is not city center but you can either have 3-4km walk or take a tram for EUR 3,20 from tram stop 100m from the hotel. What I really recommend is breakfast - very comparable to for example Ibis/Novotel hotels which means it is really worth the money. I stayed here twice and for sure will come back. Great for transit but also to visit Graz.
