We stayed in one of the chalets and I have to say it was superb for a family with kids! We totally loved the stream flowing between the main building and the chalets. Staff in the restaurant and check in/out was super friendly!

Exceptional Service During a Difficult Time I stayed at HOTEL L'AVENUE during an unexpected vehicle breakdown while travelling through the area, and I can't thank the staff enough for their kindness and support. They went above and beyond to help me during a very stressful situation. Not only was the hotel comfortable and welcoming, but the team also helped me find a local car rental company when I had no transport. Their assistance was incredibly helpful and made a huge difference during my stay. The service was truly outstanding — professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. Lovely hotel in a rural location. As a small group of motorcyclists we stayed here while touring. The staff were extremely helpful and even offered to let us put the bikes in their garage. The rooms were all very clean with nice bathrooms and beds are super comfy. Due its rural location we opted to eat in the restaurant in the evening and the food was extremely good and worth the 2 courses for 35 euros price. All the staff spoke good English which helped with our basic GCSE French. The hotel has its own bar with a good selection of local beers, etc.

Hotel Le Charme de la Semois offers modern rooms near the river Semois. All guests have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool and the furnished terrace with a view of the Semois river.

Excellent location right in the centre of the village. The room was clean, spacious, and very well-furnished and had a free, large cot for our one-year-old. Breakfast was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and there was plenty of parking right next door.

The host was very welcoming and friendly. He made room for our bikes to be under cover on our arrival. The evening meal and breakfast were excellent. A very peaceful and rural location with horses!
