The room was so tidy and clean. Every day when we came back, it was so well cleaned. Meli ( Melisa) was a wonderful housekeeper, made a small, sweet surprise for my son. He left his fluffies on his bed. When we came back, he saw them together, hugging each other. Meli made him happy :) Juan, another receptionist (unfortunately, I forgot his name), was so helpful and kind. We didn't have enough time to use the pool or gym, so I have no idea how it was. Overall, our family is satisfied.

Loved the cleanliness of the place, the quaint decor, the pub and the comfortable rooms. Staff was exceptional & friendly - special thanks to Alex, Emma and Katie (at the pub ). The toiletries need a special mention (the peppermint shampoo!) Location was very convenient, close by to the bus stops for Banff buses, supermarket... Main Street was a 10-15 minute walk and the rocky mountain bagel co right opposite.

The staff was responsive and extremely friendly, making us feel very welcomed. They genuinely cared about our happiness. The owner, a very nice lady, helped us set up the fireplace for me and my fiancée, gave us some blankets, helped me set up flowers for my fiancée, and even allowed us to stay a little later in the pool. The room was cozy, romantic, and clean. We will definitely be coming back again.
