Breathtaking view! I stayed in Annex. The room was comfortable and had all the required stuff to make the stay comfortable. The view from the room was breathtakingly beautiful. One can see the mountains, the lake, and the houses below. It was picture-perfect. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The location is great with easy access to train and bus from the hotel.

Hôtel des Arts is conveniently located just 200 metres from the lake, near the centre of Neuchâtel and the funicular railway which will take you to the train station in 3 minutes.

Very clean, comfortable beds and nice staff. The location was also really good close to everything. The hotel gave us card for free public transportation

Very cozy hotel. It is located at a walking distance from the railway station (I would say ten-fifteen minutes). Anyway, the bus stop is not far (one-two minute walking). The city centre begins immediately after the street, even if the core part is at five minute walking. The staff is super-friendly and helpful. Rooms are accessible by stairs and elevator. I did appreciate the view on the castle, the light, the new furniture, and, above all, the cleanness. There is a buffet continental breakfast, with an automatic coffea-cappuccino-chocolate machine. I would only suggest a couple of further sweet options (cakes), but this is not a complaint (just a suggestion). I would definetely choose this hotel for future stayings. Congratulations to the whole staff!

I loved this hotel: most of all the décor of both my room and the public lounge area. I also loved the local historic area, the peace & quiet, the friendly helpful staff, the no. 107 bus that took me everywhere, the boulangerie next door and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Neuchâtel, directly on the banks of Lake Neuchâtel, and offers views of the harbour. The hotel is only a 2-minute walk from the historical centre.

Everything. The room was lovely and in a perfect location in the old city of Neuchatel. . The breakfast was good and the service as well.

Situated in the middle of nature but very well accessible by car, boat or bike. A perfect getaway! Very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, silent during the night. Bird life center right next to it. Dinner was excepionally good as well, would defenitely recommend it!

Wonderful room. Good breakfast. Helpful staff - sorry they didn’t offer a meal on a Sunday but they told us clearly in advance.

Truly amazing experience, hotel located in a quiet village with panoramic views of Neuchâtel lake, large comfortable and very clean rooms, very professional and friendly staff, it was very pleasant to be able to enjoy time sitting at the restaurant with panoramic view, excellent food from local farms. Very simple road motel. It has been recently re-opened with new owners, as a family business. The owners are kind and welcoming. We truly hope that they turn it into a success! Rooms have the necessary facilities but are very very simple. However the price was low too.
