The receptionist was a really nice guy. We could check-in late without any issues and had to leave very early to catch the next flight. He volunteered to make us an early breakfast (at 5 AM) which we GREATLY appreciated and be there for our check-out. He provided us with a necessary bill for the stay and checked us out very quickly. The room was great, as you'd expect from the price and location.

Alma Hotel enjoys a quiet location in a 19th-century building just 100 metres from Lake Zurich and near several tram and bus stops.

Location is super near to Zurich HB. It’s about 10mins walk, dragging your luggages around. The hotel room is super clean, elevator for your goods, toilet water heater is regulating well, heater working good. Amazing location, friendly staff, the room was bigger than expected with high quality bedding, coffee machine, soaps etc. Check in process was seamless also. I would happily stay here again.

The reception and dining room staff were lovely and always smiling. The room was spotless and pleasant, and the breakfast was excellent.

The breakfast was good, personnel is very helpful, the location is great for travelers and hotel is easy to find. I really like balcony in the room. The restaurant and caffe bar is on the terrace.

The Hotel Hottingen was renovated in 2023 and is centrally located, 500 metres from the Kunsthaus Zürich museum, next to the Hottingerplatz bus and tram stop. It offers free Wi-Fi.

Charming hotel with great location, just a 15 min walk from the city center. Sparkling clean and cozy room. Comfy bed and pillows. The bathroom is spacious and very clean as well. They also include a kettle and complimentary tea, herbal infusions, and coffee as well as a small fridge in the room; a detail I really appreciate in a property. On a special note, I would like to thank Barbara, a staff member from the reception, for her kindness and her professionalism. I highly recommend Hotel Hottingen and will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Zürich.
