Loved the building. The location. The staff. Breakfast. Dinner. Loved that there were passes given to us to use for the public transport (bus stop just up the road). Some of the rooms are a little dated, but I think it adds to the charm. We stayed here over Christmas and it was decorated like a hallmark movie. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Everything was great! Had an amazing experience. Wonderful breakfasts with wide variety of food and having dinner on the terrace with the gorgeous view to the mountains was the best thing ever! Thank you to the restaurant staff for recommending a delicious local vermouth which I found in store later and brought home ❤️

The staff was awesome. The lady at the front desk carried my luggage to my room. She also gave me a different pillow to help with a previous neck pain issue. The breakfast was great. The view from the breakfast room was good. I loved the big safe and the big shower. The room was quiet and dark at night. Close to train station.

The appartment is not big but everything is settled very well. The interior design is stylish and warm and quite lovely. Kitchen equipments are fully provided and all of them are new and advance type. It would be a shame not to use them to cook a meal. It's comfortable to sit on the sofa and rest in livingroom. If the weather is not well , just stay in the house would let you feel very easy and comfy.

    Everything. We booked on a budget and it exceeded our expectations in every way. Location on train line with easy access to Interlaken Ost, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen and Jungfraujock. We got a window and balcony with a great view of Mönch, Jungfrau and Jungfraujock. Restaurant was excellent, included breakfast was excellent. They gave us a pass for free local trains and buses. The front desk loaned me a screwdriver so I could tighten loose wheels on our luggage.

    The staff was exceptional and they allowed for early check-in. Breakfast was varied and had many healthy options to leave you ready for the day! The location was great--relatively secluded and about 2.5 miles from city center... a great walk if you're up for it but the bus is right around the corner.

    amazing views from the room, friendly staff who greeted us welcome, great breakfast with lots of options. location is bit away from Interlaken city center, but a bus 105 takes you to center from a nearby stop. enough car parking was available. lift was present to carry our luggage to the room. nice outside area and pool.
