We loved the staff who were so kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early when we arrived from the train and helped us to order a taxi 🚕 All the staff were helpful and polite including the cleaning team. Also, the facilities in the room are excellent. High quality presumably Chinese (‘Japanese-style’) toilets in rooms, seperate toilet and shower (such a sensible design!)

Location - it was about 7 minutes walk from Taisheng Road South subway station, which is a good location as I could get to Chengdu East Railway Station easily (about 20 minutes) to take high-speed rail and it's also near many places of interest (e.g. Chunxi Road, Tianfu Square, Kuanzhaixiangzi Alley, Wenshu Monastery are 2 stops away and some other attractions are just a few stops further away) Facilities - the locker provided (accessed using their keycard) is quite big. Slippers and a towel is provided and you are given a bottle of mineral water every day (you can use the water dispenser on the first floor to top up your bottle). Cleanliness - the room was really clean. You need to take off your shoes and change into slippers at the main hallway before you go into your room. Nevertheless, the staff still mops the floor every morning so the room is really nice. Comfort - the bed was very comfortable. Value for money - I felt it was well-worth the money and would be happy to go back there when I go back to Chengdu.

The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, available 24/7 for anything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The location’s also spot on, just a short walk from popular spots. I’d definitely recommend this place!

Constant Follow up by the Host from the moment I arrived at the Airport until I reached the Property. Even when I returned to the Airport, the host followed up. I see the Eagerness to tend to the Requirements of the Guest. Recommending Places. Also, the host did her best to be available whenever I required anything. The host Accommodated my Requirement of one hour extension. The host refused to take the payment for the extra time. The location is right above the Subway Station and Several Restaurants around the same building and in the Vicinity. Connectivity wise, I recommend the place outright. On my Return, the Taxi Driver was about to drop me till the Subway station that connects to the airport Line 18 and instead, he drove me directly to the Airport. Midway, I told the same to the host as she was the one who booked the taxi. She apologized for misinterpreting my communication. She offered to pay half the taxi fare. I was okay with it on this occasion. The language challenge with the host is minimal. I was able to convey everything required with ease. I would recommend this place to myself again and to other hosts. **** Kindly check for different available options of commuting with the host and you can choose the one that suits you the Best****.

The staffs showing excellent service and very good attitude. Will help you in anyway possible to let you feel comfortable during our stay. We arrived in Chengdu at 7:30am, the staff allowed us to check in immediately without second guess or extra charge, amazing, we even got free upgrade. Furthermore, they also allow us to check out at 2pm instead of usual 12pm due to our flight was at evening. When we were asking one day trip to tourist attraction area, the also help us to connect with reliable and good service agent. Other than the staffs, the location is also excellent. 3 min walk to Metro Line 1 and 3, very convenient for travelling, and IFS and many shopping complex just around the corner. By the way, the morning breakfast is also worth it and very good (would say better than outside stall..😊).

I loved this place! Location is close to metro station, convenience store nearby. The room was small but efficient and very stylish. The hotel also provides necessities like shampoo, water, little snacks. Breakfast was good too, different options day by day. The best was management here: very nice and sweet and helpful!
