Perfect location, rooms are clean and tide. It’s a stylish and elegant place with Chinese elements. Quiet and fantastic balcony. Very helpful and supportive frond desk staffs like Lynn , Lucy and Dana. We had wonderful stay here for 5 nights.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our son was a bit sick upon arrival and they helped us with texts for the pharmacy and offered to go with us to translate, etc. The rooms were very tidy and the location just perfect, very central, in a Hutong

Zhang was nice and adorable. He did his best to help Us. He booked our trip to the Great Wall of China, called taxis and help us out when we couldn’t use Alipay. I would come back again and I recommend this friendly hotel to everyone.

The hotel is located in a Hutong on the left of Behai park. The access is a bit tight for cars but taxi drivers are used to it and managed it very well. The place is very quiet as a net in the middle of the city. Rooms are on 2 floors around a very nice patio. Staff is adorable and very keen to help.

You cannot get a better location if you want to feel Beijing's traditional neighbourhood (Hutong), off the busy streets. It is a 5min walk to the drum and bell towers, main highlights of Beijing's history. The staff is nice and helpful, do not be afraid of the language barrier. Technology helps! Although there is no elevator, the staff helps with the luggage.

I chose this hotel for my trip to Beijing this time. It is very close to the major hotels in Beijing. The room is very clean. Although the room is not big, it is very comfortable. The price is very favourable. The staff are very kind and will help us. I suggest you travel and stay in this hotel.

Convenient location with Hutong experience. The streets around the hotel is not too narrow but taxis are not willing to come to hotel unless we told them we have luggages. Usually we will alight from taxis near the train station and walk in. The walk towards the hotel was a nice experience looking at buildings and observing how people live among the Hutongs. Room service is excellent and clean. One of the chambermaid took care of my room mate (who can’t read Chinese) who become sick in the morning and helped her to order lunch. The lead receptionist whose name is Wang Quan Long helped my room mate to locate her missing jeans after laundry. A long stay guest accidentally took her jeans when he went out to collect his laundry.
