This charming boutique hotel is operated by a very warm and welcoming family who communicated in English as well as Spanish. All staff and family members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel is well located, in the heart of the old town.

If you arrive in Quito after a long flight or you have a flight home this is the perfect place for a delicious relaxing time. The owner and staff are so friendly and kind and there’s a swimming pool and steam room. The food is tasty and very generous. It’s really perfect for a stay that’s near the airport but not too close.

The people in this hotel could not be friendlier or more helpful. Gave us lots of good recommendations and organized rides and tours for us when we needed them. Close to good restaurants and a plaza. Breakfast was delicious, lots of courses. Absolutely have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
