Everything, I mean everything is in walking distance. Beautifully renovated building. Clean, comfortable with a buffet breakfast. The staff = very helpful with genuine smiles. Couldn't have had a better experience. I will definitely visit Avilés again and of course the same hotel. Value for money.

What a fantastic place! Such a beautiful room and hotel! Friendly staff, everything and so much more available in a quiet village. Nice restaurants within walking distance. The room was impeccable and large with very good beds! Highly recommended, so do not hesitate!

A very special place with a historical legacy, surrounded by beautiful garden. Breakfast was very nicely prepared and the personnel is incredibly kind and welcoming. We felt very special there.
