great location, just a few minutes walk from the escalator to get to the old part of town. Rooms were a very good size and the beds very comfortable. it was about a 10 minute walk to the railway station.

Hotel Carlos V is located next to the Alcázar Fortress and Toledo’s famous Cathedral. Most rooms have excellent views of this world heritage city and all are equipped with air conditioning.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and pleasant. Her command of English was very helpful too. All the staff we met were friendly. We enjoyed our evenings sitting out in the courtyard enjoying the extraordinary view of Toledo.It was great to have free onsite parking. We could easily walk into town or catch a cheap bus or taxi

Location, value and facility is efficient and good for a family stay up to 5 people. Automatic access is available. One thing worth to notice is that - The location was marked correctly on Google map, just last 200m, due to the weak signal of the mobile sugnal (as the property sobclose to high fortress wall) in the area, usually Google map isn't working. It need some manual nevigation (since the distance is very short, not hard at all) from the map screen.
