This a small family owned hotel located just opposite the train station but practically no noise at all The owners are very friendly and take good care of the guests The breakfast served in a nice bright room , was excellent, excellent coffee, freak 🥖 croissants and specially fresh home prepared fruits salad. Quiet peaceful location by the lake. The lodge was well maintained and comfortable. I enjoyed sitting on the terrace overlooking the lake and listening to and watching the birds. It was close to the pathway around the lake and the, mainly footpath pedestrian route to Rochefort-en-Terre

    The location is a charming working port, with very busy fishermen starting their noisy, working day at about 4am. Impossible not to notice. Earplugs are a must. Gives great insight into the local area. I also met locals and was invited to a tour of the port's lighthouse. Herve and his wife have done a great job on A'mag!
