Beautiful surroundings, and a really nicely equipped cottage. The rooms were very comfortable and the place felt homely would definitely stay again.

Location was great for us. Bar area and restaurant were nice and had a great vibe, especially for a midweek night. Room we had was spacious Bathroom was small but perfectly good for a short break away. Breakfast was lovely

absolutely stunning property, good location, bus service into Ross which takes approx 15 mins, but there is a pub/restaurant within 10 mins walk of property.

Location and the view is amazing, very comfortable beds , warm and cozy house. We stayed for 2 nights but we didn't want to leave. Both of my girls really enjoyed the place and we were very happy when the peacock came to visit us.Thanks to Phil, the host which was very friendly and helpfull with all our needs. It was a beautiful quiet property. Very little outside noise. The staff were very welcoming and happy and seemed to love doing their jobs. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Grove Farm is situated off the beaten track in a delightfully quiet part of the countryside with beautiful views. It is a real home full of character, and we received a warm welcome from David and Penny who were most attentive to our needs, as well as providing useful information about interesting places to visit and good places to eat.
