Amazing family run B&B with warm hospitality, spacious rooms and a lovely hot breakfast. Perfect location for Leamington or Warwick and plenty of parking behind the B&B. Highly recommend for a visit to Warwick or a work trip.

Nice clean room. Quiet place, of course it is near the motorway, so still some noise, but it is much less than expected.

Around 10 minutes’ walk from Warwick Castle, Park House Guest House offers comfortable accommodation opposite St Nicholas Park.
