This is a budget hotel ran by a rather large family. As a hotel owner myself, I can REALLY appreciate how they all go above and beyond to make your stay extra pleasant with them. There is clean drinking water provided in a cooler which they constantly refit, plenty of different breakfast options for everyone, as much stuff as added to the rooms as is possible to make the stay more convenient, willingness to help you at every step of the way etc. Usually, such enthusiasm for helping customers only happens at the very beginning of opening a business, and then it unfortunately starts to die out. Not here.
