Loved our stay at "Shine Hospitality" Group of hotel, Powai. The team is very friendly and anticipated our needs before our arrival. The ambience is fun, well designed and tastefully decorated. The rooms are new with strong air condition and spotless crisp sheets. The Indian food was great too. It is conveniently located with ample cabs available to go to the airport. We travelled with our baby and enjoyed the comfortable stay. We’ll certainly return back. A big thanks! to the management for creating and running such a great hotel

Residency is a very good address if you're looking for a calm and relaxed stay in Mumbai and still be close to the train station and some of the main sights. The staff was absolutely amazing and welcoming and gave us great support in getting things organised. The room was nice and clean.
