The location of the hotel is great in a small street and it is very quiet in the evening and especially at night. The Synagogue and the Jewish Quarter are very close. Breakfast was very good, fresh juice, fruit and south indian style. They also prepare an omelette, toast... The staff really tries to accommodate your wishes.

The location along a main street not far from the main toursty area of Fort Kochi was perfect. The building itself and the decoration of the house was beautiful. The room was quiet even though the property is next to the main street. It was an easy and nice walk (less than 10 mins) through interesting streets to the main tourst area. The shops nearbly just outside the Inn were very convenient and I got my local sim card from a shop oppoposite. Room was comfortable and clean without much view (but it is alright). Breakfast was good. Dinner at the hotel was great too and reasonably priced. Service was professional yet warm.

I booked Louis Backpacker and the experience was amazing. The view and ambience were really beautiful. At night, you can enjoy the cool breeze with a beer and good music—it feels perfect. What a gorgeous property… completely unexpected, nestled behind an extremely busy central street, is this oasis of charm and character. The staff are extremely courteous and I felt very safe and well looked after. I was honoured to be one of the first international guests to this newly renovated hotel that suited my needs perfectly - centrally located yet classically Kerala-esque and elegant in design - by far my preference over modern-style accommodations. Despite the busy neighbourhood the room was quiet and you could almost forget the city location based on the interior calm. Highly recommend and will certainly stay again when visiting the area.
