Room was decently spacious, about 140 sq feet with a double bed, one sofa with small table, TV, ensuite bathroom and cupboard. One of the rooms had leakage from the wall mounted split A/C, and it was changed immediately to another room which had central AC. Breakfast is not included, but can be ordered separately. The staff is really nice and helpful. Location is perfect, quiet area in this big city, surrounding by beautiful trees, can enjoy to walk around for the many sightseeing nearby.
