The 1 night stay in Como was wonderfull, outstanding, because of the hotel staff and the cosy clean french room that we have. Even though the weather was chill and rainy, our stay was perfect because of the Borgo Antico Hotel . We will have such a beautifull memories about Como again , thanks to the Borgo Antico Hotel. We appreciated both the lady that helped us with the check in and gave us good recomandations , and the gentelman from the chek out, who waited us with a very very good, tasty and varied breakfest at a very early hour, The room and the entire hotel was so clean , we had a very good night in a very comfortable bed. The location was on a quiet street in the city center, close to the tourist attractions. Congratulations to the hotel manager and the staff ! Definetly it is a 4 star hotel and I gave 10 points for the front desk staff.

A lovely and cozy room with a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. Everything was clean, neat, and very comfortable. Special thanks to the host — warm and attentive. We arrived early and left our suitcases before check-in, and she later brought them up to the room herself — such a thoughtful gesture. The hairdryer in the bathroom was a small but very appreciated detail. And two pillows per person — a rare treat that I personally value a lot. The hotel is located high up, right next to the funicular, which means we had an absolutely stunning view from our balcony. And upon check-out — a small gift that was unexpected and very touching. Definitely a solid 5 out of 5. Bellissimo!

The staff was very helpful. The location was excellent. The room was spacious and it has every day room cleaning with fresh towels (I staid 4 nights). The breakfast was served at the table (for me this is very important for healthy reasons).

    So good that it's s basically 3 stars! The staff is very welcoming, the bar/restaurant area is decorated/furnished quite nicely and the rooms are modern and clean.
