The staff were so kind and accommodating and I would recommend coming here just for them alone. The beds and blankets were so comfortable I never wanted to get up. Our room looked onto a mountain and it felt so surreal, even just walking out the front of the hotel you were met with stunning scenery. If you want to see the three peaks or Lago di Brais or literally any other big monument they are a 5 minute walk away from the bus stop, just make sure to book your tickets. The food here was also amazing you have a beautiful buffet in the morning and a 5 course meal at night which was delicious. My boyfriend and I were backpacking and although this was a on the pricier side for us it was completely worth it and would come here again. Also it was a 10 minute walk from the station so no need for a car.

Professional staff, at the first evening we were asked whether which language we speak and than we got an English-speaking waitress. We have got personal "letters" each morning from we could know more about the weather and about places near San Candido. The view was wonderful from our window.

Exceptional location! Breakfast was able to be taken on the terrace overlooking the lake. . Room was large and well furnished. Lovely bathroom and very comfy beds. Wonderful staff - so kind and attentive. The staff were so helpful when I had a medical situation. We had an amazing stay and would love to return to this hotel.

    Location of the hotel was great, we went to our hiking locations easily, breakfast was awesome , restaurant of the hotel is also awesome, good price and delicious. Room has nice view and balcony, it was very clear.

    Location is strategic, 10 minutes from the city center. Although part of the hotel is not far from the main road, there is not much traffic by night and we slept well. The staff was kind and supportive and even gave us the name of the shop where we could buy a plug adapter (we had an Italian plug that needed three holes, but there were none in the room). Breakfast was basic but friendly for those who like yogurt and muesli (but also chees and speck and cakes were present).
