We had a junior suite which had windows looking onto two adjoining streets which were full of atmosphere and charm. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is located at the heart of the Old historic town quite close to the Palazzo Ducale.

The welcome was very friendly, all staff very helpful, perfect English, room key in 2 minutes, large & very comfortable & perfectly clean room, functional working area, comfortable ambient light, large TV incl.     First of all the staff were very helpful and super nice. The room was everything we wanted and the breakfast offered lots of different options. The location was great. Just a couple of minutes from the city center which is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend.

    Central location in the city centre. Room had air conditioning, which was indispensable given that it was 35 degrees C outside. Staff were friendly, and breakfast was quite good.

    The location was really good, located in the city centre. The room was comfortable and well equipped; even if the two rooms are not communicating, they're close and it seems to have a little apartment. The staff was really nice and available for any tips. Breakfast is various and food is really good (expecially pain au chocolat).
